Associate

Rachdiansyah Noezar is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah.

His practice areas include corporate and commercial, foreign investment, mergers & acquisitions, telecommunications, media and information technology (TMT), data protection, trade and general regulatory and compliance advisory work. 

​

With a strong focus on general corporate and commercial matters, he has assisted international and local private companies, in various legal matters relating to corporate matters, commercial transactions and foreign investments.

Rachdiansyah Noezar or “Radi” graduated from Faculty of Law of the University of Padjajaran, Indonesia in 2020 and joined APF in the same year. During his time in the university, he has been actively involved in Asia Law Student’s Association (ALSA) as the board of directors and participated in various activities, such as national workshops and International Moot Court Competition. He was one of the representatives of Indonesian law students in the International Moot Court Competition International Round, where he won the best memorial.
