COMPLIANCE AND INVESTIGATIONS RELATED MATTERS

1. Conducting investigations of a major international milk formula, infant nutrition company in relation to allegation of wrongdoings in Indonesia;

2. Acting as in-house counsel in relation to criminal investigations inside and outside of Indonesia;

3. Advising many multinational and local companies in relation to competition law compliance, anti-bribery law, manpower, foreign investment, insurance law, banking, capital markets, company law and foreign loan offshore reporting and miscellaneous compliance issues; and

4. Advising many multination and local companies in relation to general corporate law and also contract law drafting issues.
