Senior Associate

Indra Prawira or “Indra” is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah.
 
Indra focuses his practice on general corporate, commercial and trade, projects, energy and resources, shipping and dispute resolution. He has wide ranging experience in advising and assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, mining and oil and gas activities, international trade of commodity, structured and secured trade finance, shipping matters relating to both dry and wet shipping, corporate governance and compliance, and commercial dispute resolution.
 
Indra has also involved in a number of capital market transactions, including Initial Public Offerings, Rights Issue, Private Placements and Mandatory Tender Offers.
 
Prior to joining Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah, he worked as an Indonesian Consultant at a leading international law firm based in Singapore and headquartered in London, the United Kingdom. He has also worked for several reputable law firms in Jakarta, Indonesia.  
 
Indra graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in Economic Law.  He also attended a postgraduate program in International Law and Financial Markets in 2011 at the University of East London, United Kingdom.
 
He is a practicing lawyer qualified and licensed in Indonesia and a member of the Association of Indonesian Advocate (Peradi).  He has also received a Certificate of Competency in Arbitration from the Indonesian Arbitration Institute (IArBI).
