Associate

Harits Prasidya Widyadana or “Harits” is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Arifin, Purba, & Firmansyah.

Harits’ practice area focuses around corporate and commercial law, specifically being involved in mergers and acquisitions, capital market, and foreign direct investment matters.

Prior to joining Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah Law Firm, Harits was a legal officer at a prominent Indonesian data center company, where he supported the company’s legal operations through contract drafting and management.

He graduated in 2022 from the Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. Throughout his time as a law student, Harits was actively involved at the Student Executive Body.
