Floydisa Filio Nurhadi or “Disa” is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Arifin, Purba, & Firmansyah.

Disa focuses his practice in corporate and commercial matters, including foreign direct investment, capital markets, merger & acquisitions, manpower, telecommunication, and media and information technology (TMT).  Since joining Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah Law Firm, Disa has assisted clients and involved in both transactional and advisory work. He has also been involved in various commercial dispute advisory work, including those related to suspension of debt payment obligations.

He graduated in 2022 from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, majoring in Economic Law. During his time as a law student, Disa was actively involved in the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) and other various organizational activities.
