Associate

Aldo Maulana Randa or “Aldo” is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah Law Firm. 

Aldo has experience in advising various companies, from local to multinational institutions, start-ups to blue chips, in transactional and advisory matters involving mergers and acquisition, corporate restructuring, general corporate, corporate commercial, infrastructure projects, as well as banking & finance. He has involved in research, memos drafting, due diligences and transactions related to infrastructure projects, mining, energy and resources, financing, fintech, technology and data protection, employment, and real estate. Prior to joining Arifin, Purba & Firmansyah, Aldo worked as an associate at another prominent law firms in Jakarta. He also has experience as the in-house counsel to a major regional telco tower provider company in its Jakarta office in early 2023 (on a secondment program). 

Aldo graduated with Bachelor of Law degree in 2015 from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Law and Economic Activities. During his college years, he was the Head of Research of the autonomous student body Lembaga Kajian Keilmuan FHUI (LK2 FHUI/Scientific Research Institute) where he channeled his interest in legal research and discourses. He attended International Economic Law class in 2014 at Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany. Aldo has passed the Association of Indonesian Advocate (Peradi) exam and is currently waiting to be called to the bar.
